Requirements / Skills

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the same capacity or related tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills
  • Flexible and detail-oriented
  • Wide knowledge of the English vocabulary
  • Graduates of Mass Communication or other related courses

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and evaluate a variety of data related to assigned project
  • Consolidate all gathered data as well as information from client’s given specification
  • Organize material and complete assigned tasks according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
  • Provide assistance in resolving issues and conflicts with clients
  • Provide update and follow up on responses to additional questions given to client via phone, email or assistance of a support associate
  • Complete assigned task(s) as scheduled
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects
  • Edit, standardize, proofread, or revise material prepared by other writers
  • Maintain records and files of work and revisions
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior and/or the management
